Solution 05 of 05
Finding the right domestic helper or caregiver is one of the most personal decisions a household makes. It requires trust, careful matching, and the confidence that every placement has been made ethically and legally.
Kaisha Dinamik manages the complete placement process — from sourcing and screening candidates in their home country through to documentation, pre-departure training, and arrival in Malaysia — ensuring every helper is ready, legal, and genuinely prepared for their role.
We source domestic helpers and caregivers from four approved countries, each with dedicated recruitment networks and pre-departure training programmes.
Largest source country with extensive domestic helper tradition and strong pre-departure training.
Highly trained, English-speaking candidates with professional caregiving and household experience.
Strong caregiver candidates with medical and eldercare training backgrounds.
Experienced domestic helpers with a long history of placement in Malaysian households.
Our household maid placement service matches domestic helpers to families based on your specific household needs, language preferences, cooking requirements, and the helper's experience profile — ensuring the best possible fit from day one.
We understand your household size, routine, children, elderly, and specific requirements.
Profiles are shortlisted from vetted candidates based on your criteria and preferences.
All permits, visas, and FOMEMA medical clearances are processed and verified.
Helper arrives ready-to-work with full documentation and a post-placement support period.
Our caregiver placement service specialises in matching professional carers with families supporting elderly, disabled, or post-surgery individuals. Every caregiver placed by Kaisha Dinamik has relevant caregiving training and the patience and compassion the role demands.
Companionship, mobility assistance, medication reminders, personal hygiene, and daily routine support for senior family members.
Assistance for individuals with physical or cognitive disabilities — supporting independence and daily living activities.
Short or long-term care for patients recovering at home following surgery, hospitalisation, or serious illness.
Dedicated care for newborns and young children including feeding, developmental activities, and safe supervision.
Ethical recruitment is at the core of everything we do in this division. Domestic workers and caregivers are among the most vulnerable workers in any employment system — and we take our responsibility to protect them seriously.
We do not charge placement fees to the workers themselves. All recruitment costs are transparently borne by the employer, in line with ILO ethical recruitment guidelines.
Every placement includes a written employment contract in a language the worker understands, covering salary, duties, rest days, and termination conditions.
Workers are fully briefed on their rights, employer expectations, Malaysian laws, and emergency contacts before departure from their home country.
Our team remains contactable for both the employer and the worker during the placement — providing mediation and support if any issues arise.
Workers retain possession of their own identity documents at all times. We do not condone or permit document confiscation under any circumstances.
Candidates matched to families based on personality, experience, language, and household needs.
All work permits, FOMEMA medicals, and immigration paperwork handled end-to-end.
No worker fees, full contract transparency, and ILO-aligned sourcing practices throughout.
Helpers arrive trained, briefed, and prepared — minimising your settling-in period.
Our team supports both parties after placement to ensure a smooth, lasting working relationship.
If a placement does not work out within the warranty period, we manage the replacement process.
Share your household requirements with us and our team will match you with a reliable, well-trained domestic helper or caregiver.
