Kaisha Dinamik Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian integrated manpower solutions company that was established in 2015 with a clear purpose — to bridge the gap between employers and the workforce through reliable, ethical, and fully compliant services.
Headquartered in Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur, we have grown from a focused recruitment firm into a multi-division solutions provider, serving clients across manufacturing, construction, hospitality, logistics, and domestic sectors throughout Malaysia.
Our five service divisions — Workers Management, Transport & Hostel, Cleaning Services, Consultation, and Maid & Caregivers — are designed to work together seamlessly, giving businesses a single trusted partner for all their manpower requirements.
We recruit locally and internationally, sourcing talent from the Philippines, Bangladesh, Nepal, Indonesia, and India, ensuring every placement meets both client expectations and international labour standards including ILO compliance and RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) certification.
